What Comes In a Starter Kit?

What is included in a starter kit is not the only thing that differs from brand to brand. Starter kit prices vary as well, sometimes greatly. Most starter kit prices range from $50-$80. however, there are some starter kits that I have seen that have been priced as much as $118-$129. Some brands even have different levels of starter kits for the customer to choose from, with each level starter kit coming with more accessories.
